Creative Process

Every individual sign begins with a vision and design plan executed starting with our thin US-based circle cut wood board. The circle cut board is then stained and depending on the chosen door hanger design style, the round is then painted and coated with polyurethane. The polyurethane acts a protectant and adherent for the vinyl text. The next step in the process is printing and threading the vinyl typography. The vinyl is strategically adhered to the round followed by another coat of polyurethane. Step three in our door hanger creation process is handcrafting ribbon bows. The bows and greenery are glued to give the hangers the last few esthetic touches.
